A Warm Welcome to the Students of the School-to-Work Program!


As every year, Europool actively collaborates with local high schools to carry out the school-to-work program. This initiative represents an innovative and mandatory educational method that allows students to undertake a training period at a company like Europool. The main objective is to enable students to put into practice the knowledge acquired at school and to approach the working world with greater awareness.


The school-to-work project was created with the aim of ensuring continuity between the educational path and professional integration. During this period, students have the opportunity to test their skills, explore their aptitudes, and understand which professional path suits them best. In other words, the school-to-work program is a real training ground where they can deepen and apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom.

This year, Europool has welcomed four students from the “Forma Futuro” institute in Fidenza, offering them the opportunity to complete their school-to-work program period at its headquarters. The program involves pairing each student with an experienced colleague whose role is to guide them through the training process, imparting fundamental knowledge related to their assigned tasks and ensuring that the skills acquired at school can be effectively applied in the workplace. This year, the role of tutor has been assigned to four collaborators from the “Production” department, who, thanks to their experience and professionalism, are helping to make the training experience even more valuable and personalized. This tailored approach has a positive impact on the students, who are approaching the program with ambition and enthusiasm.
