The cooling tunnel is mainly used in Beverage and Juice production line,after filling and capping, the beverage is conveyed by the conveyor belt into the sterilization section in turn for high-temperature hot water spray sterilization, the pre-cooling section is cooled by spraying warm water, the cooling section is cooled by low-temperature spray water, and finally soft water is sprayed from the top stainless steel nozzle for cleaning.
On the cold filling production line, after the bottles come out of the filling machine, they are cooled and heated by cooling tunnel to avoid condensation on the surface of the bottles during the secondary packaging process.
